We found the services offered to be many and complete. We also love our in-home care-giver and the consistency of having the same one for each visit. Our helper is upbeat, friendly, willing to help in any way, etc. She provides companionship and helps with meals and dishes, however many more services are provided that we simply have no need for at this time, all for the same price. We have no complaints or issues with anything nor the ease of reaching the office to make changes to schedules and so forth.

The amount of care and total attention from office to caregivers has been wonderful. Service was exceptional and compassionate, from the first person that took my call, to Hugo that set me up and every single caregiver. Staff and Caregivers at Home Instead Senior Care
We are using the caregivers for the evening time hours. They help my mother with her night time routine and getting ready for bed. They are very prompt and are always pleasant and happy to be there. We have been there several times while the caregiver has been there- they are always expressing their willingness to help in any way with my mother. The administrative staff has been very helpful with my recent request to decrease the hours that we will use the caregivers. They have called and kept me updated on what the status is of the change.
This rough time with Covid 19 has really caused us to think out side the box in the care of our Senior mom.Thank you again and we appreciate you all! My mother and father in law recently joined the Home Instead Senior Care community and have had nothing but good things to say about it. Further more, they worried about each other when one was out of the house and the other stayed at home. At first we all looked at some assisted living and retirement homes in the region, but my in-laws didn't want to leave their home at this stage and give up their mobility.

Going above and beyond what's required, providing friendship, taking him places, decorating for holidays; they are members of our family. They were available when I needed them; that is why I chose them. The caregiver is very good and competent. I have a caregiver two days a week. I called on short notice needing an Aide to take me to day surgery and take me home after procedure. The day of procedure the Aide, Marlene was at my home on time.
